PALOMA is a learning objects manager  compliant with the IEEE-LOM standard et the application NORMÉTIC, CANCORE et IMS-MD (used in some SCORM versions). It integrated a complete metadata editor that is also available seperately as a free software in SourceForge under the term LOMPAD. It includes sophisticated access right management, federated search through multiple repositories, including the GLOBE repositories, and the integrated management of olders to organize local banks.
